About Natasha, the psychologist behind Revitalise

I am Natasha Kiemel‑Incorvaia, a registered psychologist (AHPRA Registration: PSY0001977411).

For over 10 years, I have worked with women who are outwardly capable and responsible, and inwardly exhausted by the mental load of work, home, and relationships. In my clinical work and training (over 15 years in psychology), I have seen that many women do best with a combination of clear psychoeducation and practical, repeatable skills they can use in everyday life.

My training spans Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and somatic approaches, recognising that your mind, body and nervous system are interconnected. Revitalise was developed to bring these evidence‑based psychological frameworks into an organised online course, so you can experiment with what supports your nervous system at home, at your own pace.

My intention is not to offer quick fixes, but to give you access to grounded, research‑informed tools and a clear structure you can return to over time. These materials are educational and skills‑based; they are not therapy or a substitute for individual psychological treatment.

The goal is not to be calm 24/7. Your nervous system is designed to respond. Your sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight) helps you mobilise and take action. Your parasympathetic nervous system (rest-and-digest) helps you settle and restore. Both are essential.

The issue is when your sympathetic nervous system stays activated for too long (chronic stress, always "on") or when you shut down into freeze (feeling numb, disconnected, stuck).

This course teaches you how to work with your nervous system so you can respond to what's actually happening, rather than being controlled by automatic survival patterns.
