Online Psychology Courses for Women Managing Stress
About Registered Psychologist Natasha Kiemel-IncorvaiaÂ
Natasha Kiemel‑Incorvaia is a registered psychologist based in Australia, providing evidence‑based online psychoeducation courses for women
Who I Work With
If you are the woman holding everything together and quietly feeling like you are falling apart, this is the lens I use in all my work, and the reason she created these courses.
You are capable and responsible, and you show up for your work, family and relationships, but when the day finally ends and the house goes quiet, you might find yourself collapsing on the couch, scrolling, or lying awake with a mind that will not switch off.
You may have tried meditation apps, early nights, or tips from social media. Some of these strategies may have helped briefly, but they have not always been easy to maintain in the middle of real life.
Rather than another quick fix, you may be looking for someone who understands what is happening in your body and mind, and can offer a clear, structured, evidence‑based system you can work with over time.

Who I Am
Â
I am Natasha Kiemel‑Incorvaia, a registered psychologist (AHPRA Registration PSY0001977411).
I have over 15 years of training in psychology and over 10 years of experience working with women who are outwardly capable and inwardly exhausted by the mental load of work, home and relationships.
My training spans Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR, sensorimotor psychotherapy and somatic practices, recognising that mind, body and nervous system are interconnected.
I use an integrative approach that starts with your body and nervous system, then works with your thoughts, beliefs, environment and relationship to yourself. It is grounded in research, explained in plain language, and designed so you can experiment with what works for you.
How I Work
My approach is inquisitive, warm, supportive and direct, with a sense of humour when the moment calls for it.
Over time, I have observed that many women benefit from a combination of psychoeducation and practical, repeatable skills.
These courses were developed to give more women access to evidence‑based psychological tools they can use at home, at their own pace, without needing to wait for a therapy appointment.
Each course brings together education and step‑by‑step practices, organised into systems you can return to whenever you need them. They are educational and skills‑based only; they are not therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for individual psychological treatment
Why This Work Matters to Me
Â
I care about women learning to include their own needs, not at the expense of everything else, but alongside it. The process of getting to know yourself and becoming who you are in each season of life is rarely linear. I know that when you add time pressure, competing demands and the constant sense of juggling it all, it can feel almost impossible to prioritise yourself, which is why I’ve created options that are flexible, evidence‑informed, able to be explored at your own pace, and available on the go from your phone.
Outside of work, you will often find me with my young family, exploring, cooking, at the beach, or trying to finish a book I started months ago. I am also building my businesses while learning how to integrate these same principles into my own life, and I do not have everything "figured out". What I do have are evidence‑based tools that may support you, and my aim is to make those tools accessible.
Do you need one-on-one support?
I am also the founder and psychologist of Graciously You Psychological Services. I offer telehealth psychology appointments for a wide range of mental health concerns for adults (15 years and over) living in Australia.
You can book by visiting Graciously You.
Not Sure Where to Start
If you want a gentle first step:
Â
Take the free Regulation Profile Quiz: A 5‑minute psychoeducational questionnaire to help you understand how your body naturally tries to support you when you are overwhelmed, so you can more consciously choose ways to support it in return.
If you are ready for structured support, explore the courses directly:
- Revitalise: Learn how to build short, nervous-system‑friendly rituals that may be easier to keep over time.
-Â Soften & Surrender into Slow:Â Â Support your mind to understand why rest feels hard and experiment with strategies that may help you access more genuine downtime.
- Invitation to Align & Elevate: An 8–10-week educational program for women who want a full integration system across body, thoughts, environment, and self-relationship.
