To help you get the most out of a short, daily practice, this journal pairs gratitude prompts with guided imagery. In summer you are invited to rejuvenate, autumn reflect, winter let go and, spring reawaken.
The journal is undated so you can start your lap around the sun whenever you want. You simply need to determine how many days into your current season you are.
It includes access to accompanying meditation tracks written by Australian registered psychologist Natasha Kiemel‑Incorvaia, which provide guided imagery and reflection to complement the written practices
