Self-Paced Online Courses for Women on Anxiety, Stress and Burnout
Â
You have tried the apps, saved the posts, maybe even bought the books. Some of it helped for a moment. None of it stuck. And somewhere along the way, you started wondering if the problem was you.
It is not. The problem is that most wellness advice was rarely offered as a clear system, or grounded in how your body and mind actually respond under chronic stress, or supported by clinical training in mental health.
These courses are.
Across the range, you will find somatic and vagus nerve tools, evidence-based cognitive strategies, and nervous system regulation approaches, created by a Registered Australian Psychologist, Natasha with over a decade of experience working with women navigating anxiety, burnout and overwhelm.
Taken together, these courses follow a bottom-up, whole-system approach, starting with your body, working with your mind, within the context of your daily life. Skills-based, self-paced, and designed to fit into a real and busy life.
Â
These courses are psychoeducational and skills-based. They are not therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for individual psychological treatment.Â
All courses are available for purchase internationally, except for people located in the United States of America or Canada.

Learn More About RevitaliseSoften & Surrender into Slow - Support Your Mind to Access Genuine Rest
$97
For women whose minds resist rest, a self-paced mini-course drawing on CBT, ACT and DBT to help you understand why your mind struggles to activate the relaxation response, and to experiment with cognitive and body-based strategies that may help you unhook from the thought patterns blocking genuine rest.
In this course:
Module 1: Slow -Â Understand why some women struggle to activate the relaxation response, what happens in your nervous system when you stay in constant busyness, and why slowing down matters for your long-term wellbeing and capacity.
Module 2: Reflect - Explore how your relationship with rest was shaped and identify the specific thought patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck in “go” mode and prevent access to restorative rest.
Module 3: Rewire - Practise evidence-informed cognitive and body-based strategies, including cognitive reframing, cognitive defusion, grounding and radical acceptance skills drawn from CBT, ACT and DBT, to work with the mental patterns that block your ability to rest, and discover which ones work for you.

Invitation to Align & Elevate - The Full Integration System
For women who have been managing career, mental load, caregiving and emotional labour without a structured recovery plan, this is an 8–10 week psychologist-led educational program drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT and somatic approaches, with 8 weeks of live group content Q&A. It offers an active recovery framework that starts with your body and builds from there. Â
You will work across four pillars: body safety, mind stories, environment and routines, and your relationship to yourself.
How it works:
Align (Weeks 1–4): Build nervous system regulation and body safety first using bottom-up principles. Understand how your nervous system works, notice when you are in stress mode, and develop small, sustainable somatic and grounding practices that fit your life.
Elevate (Weeks 5–8): Once that foundation is established, identify unhelpful thought patterns and self-limiting beliefs, cultivate curiosity instead of judgement, clarify your values and what matters to you, and strengthen your sense of self-leadership and agency in how you lead your life.
